California Licensed Risk Consultant

Job Summary

To support corporate growth and profitability, the full-time California Licensed Risk Consultant will perform risk evaluations, develop improvement recommendations, and engage in client management for multinational and domestic multi-line accounts in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk evaluations and create written reports to identify client exposures and develop risk improvement recommendations
• Communicate technical regulations and safety protocols effectively during the Risk Engineering Survey process
• Develop and market consultative service plans to enhance client exposure management through measurable objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in Occupational Safety and Health or Risk Management
• Five years of experience in the insurance and/or general industry
• Minimum of three years of loss prevention experience
• Proficiency in loss prevention engineering and fire safety technology
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA, NFPA standards, and commercial property and casualty insurance coverage
