Seeking a per diem California Licensed RN Call Center Nurse to provide telephonic nursing assessment and advice to patients remotely, while adhering to established protocols and maintaining documentation in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive telephonic patient assessments and evaluations while meeting production standards
- Follow clinical protocols to provide appropriate patient instructions and direct them to necessary levels of care
- Document telephonic interactions and maintain accurate medical records in the Telehealth Record system
Required qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license through the State of California
- Residence in southern California
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (AHA) certification
- ESI (Emergency Severity Index) Certification within 30 days of hire
