California Licensed RN Care Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CAL RN 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound communications from patients seeking information about symptoms or care concerns
• Consult and coordinate with team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Provide health information, coaching, and critical thinking skills to assist members with medical and wellness-related issues

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current resident compact licensure in assigned state(s)
• Bachelor's degree, at minimum
• Minimum 3+ years of recent clinical experience
• Experience in a call center, triage position, or similar environment
• Must maintain an average of at least 16 hours of night and/or weekend coverage per week
