Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Care Management Clinical Team Lead - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new teammates while monitoring their performance
• Manage patient and provider escalations, providing necessary research and summaries to leadership
• Develop and maintain training materials and job aids to support team processes

Required Qualifications

• Unrestricted RN license
• California RN license
• 3+ years of broad-based clinical experience
• Expertise in the respective clinical function
• Bachelor's degree preferred
