Job Summary

California Licensed RN Trainer, provides full-time training and support for clinical staff by developing and delivering training programs focused on clinical methodologies, policies, and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers clinical training programs for new employees and ongoing staff development
• Collaborates with clinical leaders to assess training needs and create tailored content
• Evaluates training effectiveness and provides feedback to ensure staff readiness and understanding

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in care management, utilization management, or a clinical delivery setting
• Completion of an accredited nursing program or a bachelor's degree in a related field
• Knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations
• Experience in training delivery and development
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
