Job Summary

A company is looking for an Environmental Health & Safety Compliance Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual training, inspections, and coaching on safety standards and tool usage
• Partner with team leaders to address non-compliances and establish future compliance processes
• Perform audits and data analysis to ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and safety metrics

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in California
• 3-5 years of experience in a safety or environmental support role
• Degree in Safety, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Cal-OSHA and federal/state occupational laws
• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools
