California Licensed Sales Lead

Job Summary

California Licensed Sales Lead, seeking a motivated individual for a full-time position to drive pipeline growth by identifying prospective clients, conducting outreach, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team in the healthcare technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound prospecting activities including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within healthcare organizations and related markets
• Schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations for sales leadership

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation roles
• Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or payer/provider services preferred
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce preferred
