Job Summary
To drive sales of Dental, Vision, and Hearing employee benefit products, the full-time California Licensed Sales Representative will build and maintain relationships with brokers and agents in the Los Angeles area while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business relationships to meet or exceed sales goals within the assigned territory
- Support new sales initiatives and collaborate with internal stakeholders for product processing
- Identify new customer sales opportunities and manage existing client relationships to enhance sales
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- State Health/Life License required or to be obtained within 6 months of hire
- Ability to learn the insurance/financial services industry and demonstrate leadership presence
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong time management and organizational abilities
