Job Summary

To drive sales of Dental, Vision, and Hearing employee benefit products, the full-time California Licensed Sales Representative will build and maintain relationships with brokers and agents in the Los Angeles area while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain business relationships to meet or exceed sales goals within the assigned territory
  • Support new sales initiatives and collaborate with internal stakeholders for product processing
  • Identify new customer sales opportunities and manage existing client relationships to enhance sales
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • State Health/Life License required or to be obtained within 6 months of hire
  • Ability to learn the insurance/financial services industry and demonstrate leadership presence
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong time management and organizational abilities
