A company is looking for a Sr. Broker Sales Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Ambetter Brokers and the Sales team with commission and contracting inquiries
• Investigate and validate Agent of Record change forms and complex commission issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member-related issues and improve processes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 4+ years of customer service or health insurance industry experience
• Department of Insurance Life/Health License required or ability to obtain within 120 days
