California Licensed Sales Support Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Representative for Large Group business in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish an in-depth understanding of products and processes while maintaining relationships with assigned broker firms
• Conduct regular follow-ups with agents/brokers and large group employers to maintain accounts and market services
• Create and maintain spreadsheets for large group sales proposals and assist agents/brokers in presenting products to clients

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate's degree or equivalent required
• 4+ years of professional experience in a related selling or telemarketing environment
• Expert knowledge of large group carrier plan features and benefits for both medical and non-medical plans
• Active Life & Health License must be obtained within 90 days of employment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook Exchange
