Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Salesforce Technology to lead the technical engine behind its Sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce Technical Leads and Business Analysts while fostering technical excellence
• Design, develop, test, and document high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Oversee the support and health of all sales applications, ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce, Zoom, and other tools

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform
• Minimum 4+ years of experience managing a team of Salesforce technical leads and business analysts
• Deep technical proficiency in Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), VisualForce Pages, and Aura Components
• Strong experience with end-to-end customer relationship management workflows
• Experience managing broader sales applications and integrations, such as Zoom
