California Licensed SAP Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end delivery of a SAP Business One to S/4HANA migration for a manufacturing client, the full-time California Licensed SAP Project Manager will manage project scope, budget, timeline, and stakeholder alignment while working in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a full B1-to-S/4HANA greenfield implementation across all phases using SAP Activate methodology
• Own project planning, budget management, and reporting for steering committees
• Direct cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare coordination while managing stakeholder expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• PMP and/or SAP Activate Project Manager certification preferred
• 10+ years of experience in SAP delivery and program management
