Job Summary

Leading the vision and execution of the SBA lending strategy, the full-time salaried California Licensed SBA Director will drive growth, enhance client experience, and manage a high-performing team while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and execute the SBA lending strategy aligned with enterprise goals
• Lead and develop a high-performing SBA leadership team, managing organizational structure and succession planning
• Maintain accountability for the SBA portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulations and managing performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field
• 10 or more years of progressive experience in SBA lending, including portfolio management and enterprise leadership
• 8 or more years of supervisory or management experience leading teams or projects
• Advanced degree such as an MBA is preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
