Job Summary

A company is looking for an SBA Business Development Officer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source SBA-government lending and conventional opportunities within assigned territory through client outreach
  • Cross-sell business products to existing and prospective clients to deepen relationships and enhance profitability
  • Manage the pipeline of active leads, interview loan applicants, and ensure efficient processing of loan applications
Required Qualifications
  • University degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience analyzing and structuring complex SBA credits
  • Proven ability to create positive client experiences
  • Business banking/lending experience interpreting financial statements
  • 7+ years of experience preferred in analyzing SBA credits and cross-selling products
