Job Summary
Experienced California Licensed SBA Officers will find a full-time opportunity focused on initiating, negotiating, and packaging SBA government loans while developing new business relationships through outbound sales calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Sources SBA-government lending and conventional opportunities by engaging with clients and prospects to expand the client base
- Cross-sells business products to deepen client relationships and increase profitability through organized sales calls
- Manages a pipeline of active leads, interviewing loan applicants to assess their business needs and determine loan eligibility
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience analyzing and structuring complex SBA credits, including financial statement analysis
- Proven ability to create positive client experiences
- Business banking/lending experience with a focus on interpreting financial statements
- University degree preferred
