Job Summary
To support participant care in a remote capacity, the full-time California Licensed Scheduling Coordinator will manage appointment scheduling, coordinate care between participants and providers, and perform various clerical duties to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Key responsibilities
- Schedules and prioritizes appointments for participants with internal and external providers, coordinating with medical staff and transportation services
- Greets participants, checks them in for appointments, and performs necessary documentation and data entry in medical records
- Maintains clinic supply inventory and performs clerical duties, including filing and completing weekly audits
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of administrative or clerical experience, including filing, record keeping, and customer service
- 1+ year of scheduling experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
