Job Summary
Supporting participant care in a full-time remote capacity, the California Licensed Scheduling Coordinator will manage appointment scheduling, assist with participant flow, and perform clerical duties to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Key responsibilities
- Schedules appointments with internal providers and external specialists, prioritizing participant needs in collaboration with medical staff
- Greets participants, checks them in for appointments, and performs necessary documentation in medical records
- Maintains clinic supplies inventory and ensures necessary supplies are available for operations
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of administrative or clerical experience, including filing, record keeping, and customer service
- 1+ year of scheduling experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
