Job Summary
Supporting participant care in a remote full-time capacity, the California Licensed Scheduling Coordinator will manage appointment scheduling, coordinate with medical staff and external specialists, and perform clerical duties to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Key responsibilities
- Schedules and coordinates appointments for participants with internal providers and external specialists
- Acts as a liaison between participants, medical staff, and specialists to facilitate care and communication
- Performs clerical duties including data entry, inventory management, and participant check-in processes
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of administrative or clerical experience, including scheduling and customer service
- 1+ year of scheduling experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
