Job Summary
To support participant care, the full-time California Licensed Scheduling Coordinator will manage appointment scheduling with external specialists, collaborate with clinical teams for participant flow, and perform clerical duties in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule appointments with external network specialists based on clinical urgency and participant needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and manage scheduling workflows
- Document all scheduling activities and participant interactions in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of administrative and medical scheduling experience within the last 1-2 years
- 3-5 years of customer service experience
- Familiarity with medical terminology and EMR systems
- Remote work experience
- 1+ year of scheduling experience
