Job Summary
To support compliance efforts, the full-time California Licensed SCHIP Account Manager will manage client relationships, ensure adherence to Medicare Secondary Payer regulations, and coordinate reporting with CMS while working onsite.
Key responsibilities
- Attends new client implementation meetings to advise on SCHIP Section 111 Reporting requirements and assists with RRE registration
- Monitors client reporting with CMS, addresses errors, and resubmits files as necessary
- Participates in the development of training materials and provides training alongside the Medicare Compliance Director
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Insurance, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in the Medicare Secondary Payer space, including Section 111 Mandatory Insurance Reporting
- 5+ years of client interfacing experience
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
