Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scientist I to support the development of container closure systems for parenteral drug products in Irvine, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, execute, and evaluate experiments for container closure systems for new parenteral drug products
• Evaluate and implement testing methods for container closure systems, focusing on continuous improvement and regulatory adherence
• Document all work according to applicable GSP or GMP and internal procedural requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education with 1-2 years of experience in relevant fields; a Master's degree is preferred
• Good technical understanding of parenteral drug product development and regulatory guidelines
• Ability to develop comprehensive test plans and evaluate design concepts for container closure systems
• Working knowledge of regulatory requirements for parenteral pharmaceutical products and packaging materials
• Scientific expertise in statistical data analysis is a plus
