Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Scoring Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate responses to test questions by California teacher candidates
• Internalize scoring standards and engage in consensus scoring activities
• Recognize and discuss various types of bias and implement strategies to reduce them in scoring

Required Qualifications

• Native speaker of the language with a college/university degree or a graduate degree in the appropriate language
• Single Subject Teaching Credential in the appropriate language or authorization to teach the corresponding language in California public schools
• Experience as a college or university educator in the language field
• Resident of California with eligibility to work in the United States
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain a confidential work environment
