Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Lead - Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate team meetings and guide the team in estimating work while ensuring adherence to Agile practices
• Promote Agile quality practices and help the team mitigate impediments to achieve iteration goals
• Coordinate with other Agile teams and support the Product Owner in communication of priorities and roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• SAFe Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Professional certification
• Five years of experience as a Scrum Master for one or more Scrum teams
• Five years of experience in a large matrixed organization with an understanding of IT landscape
• Expertise in leading Agile development teams and implementing Scrum methodologies
• Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence for managing work items
