Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Surveillance Specialist to monitor live security feeds and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor Security Feeds: Observe live surveillance footage from multiple store locations to identify unsafe behaviors and unauthorized actions
• Incident Identification & Reporting: Respond promptly to suspicious activities and escalate concerns to appropriate teams
• Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of all incidents and monitoring activities for reporting purposes

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail loss prevention, security operations, or surveillance monitoring is highly preferred
• Strong focus and ability to remain attentive during long periods of monitoring
• Exceptional decision-making skills and the ability to act quickly under pressure
• Familiarity with security software and video surveillance systems is a strong plus
