Job Summary
Maintaining statutory reporting and funding for disability and leave of absence products, the full-time California Licensed Senior Account Analyst will create client stewardship reports, coordinate banking arrangements, and ensure compliance with California VDI claims while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain client stewardship reports and coordinate banking and funding arrangements for claims
- Review annual W2 reports for accuracy and assist with CA EDD Claim Audits
- Monitor weekly funding for TRISTAR-owned bank accounts and ensure client compliance with CA VDI Claims
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; college degree in accounting preferred
- Five (5) years of experience in an administrative office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and web applications
- Experience in client reporting and compliance related to disability plans
- Ability to document files accurately in a fast-paced environment
