California Licensed Senior Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager for the West Coast Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of clients and serve as a liaison between clients, brokers, and internal departments
• Conduct quarterly meetings to review plan performance and ensure client satisfaction
• Implement new client setups and manage plan changes, including communication of compliance requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• At least 5 years of experience as an Account Manager
• 3-5 years of experience with group health insurance required
• Experience with self-funded health plans is preferred but not required
• Life and Health Insurance Producers license preferred
