California Licensed Senior Account Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time California Licensed Senior Account Manager will manage client accounts in the AdWrap, DICE, and Film & Television sectors, overseeing the renewal and marketing process while collaborating with Advisors and Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively maintain relationships with clients and carrier contacts, leading client meetings as assigned
• Manage the renewal and marketing process for client accounts from start to finish
• Communicate directly with clients and carriers, collaborating with team members for effective service delivery

Required qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
• Seven plus years of experience in the entertainment industry and product line
• P&C Insurance License required
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products and agency management systems
• Ability to read, analyze, and reconcile financial reports
