Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting and reconciliation processes for capitalized software and leases in compliance with ASC 350-40 and ASC 842
• Prepare and post journal entries related to software capitalization and lease activities
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with CPA or equivalent
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably with Big 4 or large regional public accounting
• Strong understanding of US GAAP
• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls is preferred
