Job Summary

California Licensed Senior Accountant, seeking a full-time professional with 6+ years of experience to prepare journal entries, assess lease agreements, and lead automation projects in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze information to prepare journal entries in compliance with GAAP
• Lead transformation projects to automate R2R functions and maximize ERP performance
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper recording of transactions and support SOX compliance efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance
• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Public accounting or software/SaaS industry experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, particularly related to leases and fixed assets
• Experience with automation of processes using AI tools
