California Licensed Senior Accountant

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented California Licensed Senior Accountant, the full-time hybrid role will manage core financial operations, oversee corporate expense tracking, and handle month-end close processes using QuickBooks Online while ensuring compliance with US GAAP.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the General Ledger in QuickBooks Online
• Ensure timely payment of accounts payable and perform bank reconciliations monthly
• Support month-end close processes and collaborate with the FP&A team to resolve accounting discrepancies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including public accounting and industry
• Experience with accounts payable processes and month-end close
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel functions
• Ability to apply US GAAP accounting principles
