Job Summary

Managing all accounting procedures, the full-time California Licensed Senior Accountant will ensure the financial health of the organization by performing general cost accounting, preparing financial statements, and maintaining the general ledger in the Santa Barbara office.

Key responsibilities:
  • Prepares monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements
  • Codes invoices, reconciles accounts, and manages accounts receivable collections
  • Provides assistance to outside auditors and files tax forms with government agencies
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Five plus (5+) years of accounting experience
  • Prior experience with internal and external audits
  • Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and payroll regulations
  • Working knowledge of Quickbooks Online and advanced Excel skills
