Job Summary
To support financial operations, the full-time California Licensed Senior Accountant will manage complex general ledger activities, develop financial statements, and assist with audits while working onsite in Palo Alto, CA.
Key responsibilities
- Assists in the monthly, quarterly, and annual period close process
- Designs and maintains internal controls and financial reporting systems
- Prepares and reviews account reconciliations and regulatory reports for compliance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution
- Three years of progressively responsible accounting experience
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop solutions
