California Licensed Senior Accountant
Job Summary
To support a multi-entity accounting environment, the full-time California Licensed Senior Accountant will manage complex accounting activities, ensure compliance with GAAP, and assist in month-end close processes in a hybrid work setting.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and review journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Support the month-end close process and prepare analytical reviews for assigned entities
- Identify and recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency in accounting operations
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity organization
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA or CPA eligibility is a plus
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal control principles
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) and advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrated success in month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations
