California Licensed Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of three
• Review journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with GAAP requirements and adherence to SOX controls

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in auditing at public accounting firms and/or in accounting roles within public companies
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• CPA is required
• Experience with NetSuite or Oracle is preferred
