California Licensed Senior Associate Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate Attorney specializing in Public Entity and Civil Rights Litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from intake through resolution, including discovery and trial support
• Draft, review, and argue motions, pleadings, and other key litigation filings
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy in collaboration with partners and senior attorneys

Required Qualifications

• Active California Bar license
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• 2+ years of litigation experience
• Experience handling key phases of litigation, including written discovery and depositions
• Public entity litigation experience preferred; civil rights litigation experience highly desired
