Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Senior Associate Attorney for a full-time remote position in Workers' Compensation, who will provide strategic direction, mentor fellow attorneys, and oversee case evaluations and negotiations without billable hour requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction within the Workers' Compensation team to ensure strong case outcomes
• Offer guidance on complex legal matters, case evaluations, and settlement negotiations
• Mentor and develop fellow attorneys, fostering a collaborative team culture

Required qualifications

• JD and active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
• 5-7 years of Workers' Compensation experience (Applicant & Defense mix preferred)
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
