Job Summary
To lead and supervise the Workers' Compensation practice, the full-time California Licensed Senior Associate Attorney will provide strategic direction, mentor fellow attorneys, and engage in case evaluations and negotiations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction within the Workers' Compensation team to support strong case outcomes
- Offer guidance on complex legal matters, case evaluations, and settlement negotiations
- Mentor and develop fellow attorneys to ensure high-quality representation
Required qualifications
- JD and active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
- 5-7 years of Workers' Compensation experience (Applicant & Defense mix preferred)
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
