Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time California Licensed Senior Benefits Manager will manage strategic client relationships, lead the benefits lifecycle for complex clients, and mentor the Account Management team while working remotely from California.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of 20-40 clients through the benefits lifecycle, including renewal strategy and compliance management
- Develop and present strategic deliverables, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance client experience
- Mentor and coach Account Managers, implementing process improvements and driving service delivery excellence
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of benefits consulting experience and 5+ years of independent account management
- Active life & health insurance license and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Deep knowledge of benefit products, funding structures, and compliance
- Proficiency with benefits platforms and AI/automation tools
- Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable
