Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst with experience in ETL development and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage complex SSIS packages for ETL processes
• Extract, clean, and transform large volumes of data from various systems for analysis
• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
• 5+ years of hands-on ETL development experience using SSIS and advanced SQL
• 2+ years of experience with Power BI, including DAX and Power Query
• Knowledge of healthcare data formats and regulatory compliance standards
• Experience with data processing and Agile Software Development methodologies
