California Licensed Senior Business Litigation Attorney

Job Summary

To support a growing law firm, the full-time Senior Business Litigation Attorney will represent clients in business transactions and litigation, develop case strategies, and supervise junior associates while working primarily onsite in Irvine, CA with remote work options available after a probationary period.

Key responsibilities

• Represent clients in business transactions and litigation matters
• Develop and execute case strategies, including discovery and trial preparation
• Supervise, train, and review the work of junior associates and law clerks

Required qualifications

• Admission to and good standing with the California State Bar
• 5-10 years of experience in complex business litigation
• Substantial experience with law and motion practice and drafting motions
• Strong courtroom presence and oral advocacy skills
• Proactive, team-oriented approach to case management
