California Licensed Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Experienced in driving Agile initiatives, the full-time California Licensed Senior Business Systems Analyst will oversee the Software Development Lifecycle for enterprise-wide software solutions, collaborating with stakeholders and providing high-quality analytical system solutions in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle, including documentation and implementation of technical business processes
• Facilitate joint business/IT requirements discussions and lead stakeholder review meetings
• Provide Tier 3 application support and manage software upgrades while ensuring effective communication with users on issue resolution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or Business Administration required
• 7+ years of experience in financial or health services, focusing on technical business analysis and process improvement
• Experience working in an Agile environment or with the Azure ecosystem (DevOps) strongly preferred
• Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a 4-year degree
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technology solutions
