Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to assist seniors in the enrollment process for the PACE program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with prospective participants, caregivers, and outreach associates to facilitate enrollment
  • Support inbound campaigns, answer questions, and educate prospective participants about PACE services
  • Make outbound calls to interested prospective participants and manage follow-up leads
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree preferred or two years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum of one year of experience in tele sales or customer service sales, preferably in Medicare or PACE
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a call center position
  • Knowledge of Medicare Advantage or PACE and Medi-Cal preferred
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) is preferred
