Job Summary
Providing direct support for Utilization Management, the remote California Licensed Senior Care Advocate will oversee sub-team workloads, assist with medical necessity reviews, and serve as a liaison with external stakeholders while working full-time.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversees and assists with sub-team workload, ensuring timely completion of work products
- Supports team members by offering guidance and assistance with workloads and processes
- Acts as a key point of contact for external stakeholders and coordinates benefits across various areas of care
Required qualifications:
- Independently Licensed, Master's Degreed Clinician in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage/Family Counseling, or an RN with behavioral health experience
- Active and unrestricted license in the State of California
- 2+ years of experience in a mental health/behavioral health environment
- Intermediate level of computer proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Proven solid data entry skills and ability to work autonomously
