Key Responsibilities
- Investigates and settles complex claims using independent judgment
- Manages investigative activities and directs litigation strategy with legal counsel
- Establishes reserves and settles claims promptly within authority limits
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 4-8 years of technical claims investigation/settling experience
- Workers Compensation Adjuster License required according to jurisdictional requirements
- Industry designations such as IIA, AIC, AEI, and/or CPCU preferred
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
