Key Responsibilities
  • Investigates and settles complex claims using independent judgment
  • Manages investigative activities and directs litigation strategy with legal counsel
  • Establishes reserves and settles claims promptly within authority limits
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 4-8 years of technical claims investigation/settling experience
  • Workers Compensation Adjuster License required according to jurisdictional requirements
  • Industry designations such as IIA, AIC, AEI, and/or CPCU preferred
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
