Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Claims Adjuster, Workers Compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims from set-up to closure, including high dollar and complex claims
  • Provide excellent customer service and act as a point of contact for partner agents and customers regarding claims
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and pursue claim mitigation opportunities for favorable outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of workers' compensation claim adjusting experience required, with a focus on California WC claims
  • Active licensing in applicable states is required
  • Advanced knowledge of jurisdictional regulatory requirements and claim adjudication processes
  • Experience using G-Suite Tools and collaboration tools like Slack is preferred
