Job Summary
Experienced California Licensed Senior Claims Adjusters will find a fully remote, full-time opportunity focused on managing complex workers' compensation claims, ensuring effective communication among involved parties, and delivering exceptional customer service to claimants.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to resolve claims effectively
- Interact with various stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and resolution throughout the claims process
- Document and communicate claim activities in a timely manner to support claim outcomes
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience
- Active California Adjusters' license required; SIP optional
- Knowledge of industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with claims and business software
