Job Summary
To support a growing team, the fully remote California Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will manage and resolve complex workers' compensation claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions
- Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
- Active California Adjusters' license required; SIP optional
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
