Experienced in workers' compensation claims, the fully remote California Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will manage complex claims, ensuring effective communication and resolution while providing exceptional customer service to claimants.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to resolve claims effectively
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure smooth communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, supporting the overall claims management process

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active California Adjusters' license required; SIP optional
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
