Experienced in managing complex claims, the fully remote California Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, interact with stakeholders, and provide exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute decision-making to analyze and resolve workers compensation claims effectively
• Communicate extensively with involved parties to facilitate claim resolution
• Document claim activity promptly to support the claims process and outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience
• Active California Adjusters' license required; SIP optional
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Proficiency with claims and business software
