Job Summary
Experienced in workers' compensation claims, the fully remote California Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will manage complex claims, ensuring effective communication and resolution while delivering exceptional customer service to claimants.
Key responsibilities
- Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions
- Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to facilitate effective communication
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
- Active California Adjusters' license required; SIP optional
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with claims and business software
